The integrative massage is our signature customized holistic massage which combines various techniques and modalities tailored to your individual needs and concerns. This session aims to promote relaxation, alleviate muscle tension, reduce stress + pain, and enhance overall well-being by integrating appropriate and effective methods from different massage traditions. My style is generally influenced by a mix of Swedish, Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release, Acupressure, Craniosacral, Thai, along with responding to your body's subtle queues + communication. Hot towels, aromatherapy or other therapeutic additions may be applied where appropriate.

Integrative Massage/Bodywork
Functional Recovery Massage/Bodywork
This sports-massage-style session is for the body that needs deep and concentrated work. We will employ modalities and tools that will target specific muscle groups to help improve your mobility, range of motion and reduce tension in this session geared more towards function and recovery.

PeriNatal Massage
This is for the Mamas and the Mamas-to-be. Comfort your body, mind, and soul during and after your pregnancy. Every body and pregnancy is different but all deserve a little extra TLC and support during these phases. These sessions aim to soothe your body through this miraculous transformation and give you some time to relax and feel held and nourished. Sessions include lots of pillows and comfyness to support Mama and baby. Pre and post natal sessions are available.

Manual Lymphatic Drainage
In MLD, we use light, rhythmic movements to encourage the body's natural flow and drainage of the lymphatic system, which plays a crucial role in the immune system and maintaining fluid balance. By promoting the movement of lymph, MLD can help reduce swelling, enhance the body's natural detoxification process, and support overall immune function. MLD is great for pre and post surgery, some inflammatory dis-ease, detoxification, getting things moving, for those feeling 'stuck', occasional system 'maintenance'.

Energywork Session
Energy exists in and all around us, and plays both subtle and significant roles in our health and experience of life. There is a lot in modern life that can impact our energy field and flow and thus impact our overall health and wellness. In energywork sessions, we will employ various methods to help assess + balance the body's energy fields to promote physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being. A variety of modalities may be used including several lineages of reiki, chakra and biofield balancing, intentional light energetics, meditation, breath work, tuning, etc.
